Barbara J. “Barbie” Vogt

60, passed away on April 11, 2021. Born in Pittsburgh November 17, 1960. Beloved daughter to George & Clara Davis. Loving mother to Matthew D. Vogt & Jacob A. Vogt. Proud grandmother to Olivia Grace Vogt who loved her “Grandma Barbie” to pieces. Sister to George (Cindy) Davis, Kathy Davis, Ron (Sharon) Davis, & Dave (Doris) Davis. Also survived by her ex-husband Albert Vogt. Preceded in death by her parents George & Clara Davis. Barbie loved being a mother and especially loved being a grandmother to her granddaughter “Olivia” and loved babysitting her. She loved singing and was a member of the praise and worship teams at numerous churches she attended over the years. While living in Fredericksburg, Virginia she performed at Friends & Neighbors restaurant singing southern gospel music. She loved decorating for the holiday’s and was featured in local newspapers for her decorations. Barbie loved organizing large birthday parties for Matt and Jake that made their day extra special. She also loved doing crafts, making decorative shirts and hats.

Visitation will be held from 4 pm – 8 pm on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services; 2935 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15227.

Service will be held Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 11 am at The Log Church; 1540 Roseberry Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15216.
