Patricia M. (Zlokas) Pitoniak

80, of Pittsburgh, passed away on October 12, 2020. Born in Pittsburgh on December 29, 1939. Beloved daughter to the late Peter and Mary Zlokas. Loving wife to the late Andrew R. Pitoniak who passed in 2018. Caring mother to Michael (Jill) Pitoniak. Step-mother to Rose Schneider, William Pitoniak, Kathleen Groh, Carol (Matt) Eisman and Andrew (Lori) Pitoniak. Proud grandmother to Michael, Jacob and Greyson. Step- grandmother to Yuri, Joshua, Alek, Kelsey, Casey and Corey. Great-Grandmother to Wolfgang. Preceded in death by two grandson’s Braydon Pitoniak, Andy Pitoniak and one step-daughter Bernadette Pitoniak. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and family members.

Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-8 Saturday, October 17, 2020 and 1-4 Sunday, October 18 at the Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home and Cremation Services; 2935 Brownsville Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15227

A Funeral Service will be held 11am. Monday, October 19, 2020 at Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home.
